Q Clearance Patriot left this clue on December 4, 2017:

FBI agent Peter Strozk was put in charge of investigating the Hillary Clinton’s emails on Anthony Weiner’s computer.  He found nothing……

The FBI raided the home of Muslim Brotherhood spy and Hillary Clinton aid Huma Abedin.

The believed to be “lost” emails belonging to former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton were recovered on 1 June when special agents of the American Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) raided a home in Dearborn, Michigan, owned by a “shell company” belonging to top Clinton aide Huma Abedin’s brother and sister.

Recent Q posts direct the reader to compare the date of the wife’s elevation to that position and the date Weiner’s laptop emails were declared kosher. I did not check either date but, if I’m guessing, they align in a manner that would make those looking into this suspicious.

It could also be that promotion for Strzok’s wife was a reward for Strzok’s earlier “work” insulating and exonerating everyone around Hillary during this time leading the Clinton Email Server investigation in 2016-2017

She’s in SEC enforcement division…probably shaking down banks, etc, to ad to the O slush fund.

Melissa Hodgman is most likely the insider at the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) who is protecting the technocrats who stole the technologies which make up the backbone of social media.  Leader Technologies CEO and Founder Michael McKibben, the real inventor of the technology that made all social media from Twitter, Facebook, Paypal, Google—all of them scalable, recently filed a Miller Act request directly to President Trump, to expose the consortium of patent thieves who have hid behind shell companies, and have weaponized the technologies invented by his company.

A supervisory special agent who is now under scrutiny after being removed from Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel’s Office for alleged bias against President Trump also oversaw the bureau’s interviews of embattled former National Security advisor Michael Flynn, this reporter has learned. Flynn recently pled guilty to one-count of lying to the FBI last week.

FBI agent Peter Strzok was one of two FBI agents who interviewed Flynn, which took place on Jan. 24, at the White House, said several sources. The other FBI special agent, who interviewed Flynn, is described by sources as a field supervisor in the “Russian Squad, at the FBI’s Washington Field Office,” according to a former intelligence official, with knowledge of the interview.

Strzok was removed from his role in the Special Counsel’s Office after it was discovered he had made disparaging comments about President Trump in text messages between him and his alleged lover FBI attorney Lisa Page, according to the New York Times and Washington Post, which first reported the stories. Strzok is also under investigation by the Department of Justice Inspector General for his role in Hillary Clinton’s email server and the ongoing investigation into Russia’s election meddling. On Saturday, the House Intelligence Committee’s Chairman Devin Nunes chided the Justice Department and the FBI for not disclosing why Strzok had been removed from the Special Counsel three months ago, according to a statement given by the Chairman.

The former U.S. intelligence official told this reporter, “with the recent revelation that Strzok was removed from the Special Counsel investigation for making anti-Trump text messages it seems likely that the accuracy and veracity of the 302 of Flynn’s interview as a whole should be reviewed and called into question.”

“The most logical thing to happen would be to call the other FBI Special Agent present during Flynn’s interview before the Grand Jury to recount his version,” the former intelligence official added.

The former official also said that “Strzok’s allegiance to (Deputy Director Andrew) McCabe was unwavering and very well known.”

Flynn, a retired three-star general, issued a statement on Dec. 1, saying, “it has been extraordinarily painful to endure these many months of false accusations of “treason” and other outrageous acts. Such false accusations are contrary to everything I have ever done and stood for. But I recognize that the actions I acknowledged in court today were wrong, and, through my faith in God, I am working to set things right.”

According to another source, with direct knowledge of the Jan. 24 interview, McCabe had contacted Flynn by phone directly at the White House. White House officials had spent the “earlier part of the week with the FBI overseeing training and security measures associated with their new roles so it was no surprise to Flynn that McCabe had called,” the source said.

McCabe told Flynn “some agents were heading over (to the White House) but Flynn thought it was part of the routine work the FBI had been doing and said they would be cleared at the gate,” the source said.

“It wasn’t until after they were already in (Flynn’s) office that he realized he was being formerly interviewed. He didn’t have an attorney with him,” they added.

Flynn’s attorney Robert Kelner did not respond for comment.

A former senior Trump administration official, however, described Strzok as one of the “best agents in the bureau. And has now become the latest victim in the Russia investigation.”

“He was the top counterintelligence agent and an asset to the bureau and America,” said the official, who disputed that Strozk would let his political leanings influence his work, despite the alleged anti-Trump text messages his sent Page.

FBI spokeswoman Carol Cratty could not be immediately reached for comment. Strzok could also not be reached for comment.

A former FBI agent said the investigation into Strzok and the reported text messages between him and Page, shows a “bias that cannot be ignored particularly if he had anything to do with Flynn’s interview and his role in it.”

The former U.S. intelligence official questioned, “how logical is it that Flynn is being charged for lying to an agent whose character and neutrality was called into question by the Special Counsel.”

According to an anonymous source in The Washington Post, Strzok’s and Page had exchanged a number of texts that ”expressed anti-Trump sentiments and other comments that appeared to favor Clinton.”

Nunes said Saturday that the mistress of Strzok, who was the top FBI official assigned to Mueller’s Special Counsel, was an FBI lawyer working for FBI Deputy Director McCabe.

The FBI and Justice Department have “failed to sufficiently cooperate with the Committee’s August 24 subpoena, and have specifically refused repeated demands from the House Intelligence Committee for an explanation of Pete Strzok’s dismissal from the Mueller probe,” Nunes said.

“We now know why Strzok was dismissed, why the FBI and DOJ refused to provide us this explanation, and at least one reason why they previously refused to make Deputy Director McCabe available to the Committee for an interview,” the chairman added.

Justice Department spokewoman Sarah Isgur Flores said, “we disagree with the Chairman’s characterization and will continue to work with congressional committees to provide the information they request consistent with our national security responsibilities.”

Isgur Flores said in a written statement to this reporter that the Justice Department provided the House Intelligence committee and leadership with “several hundred pages of classified documents and multiple briefings—including for example clear answers as to whether any FBI payments were made to a source in question related to the dossier—and has more recently cleared key witnesses they have requested to testify, including Mr. McCabe,  Mr. Strzok, and the alleged handler in question.”

But Nunes said, “by hiding from Congress, and from the American people, documented political bias by a key FBI head investigator for both the Russia collusion probe and the Clinton email investigation, the FBI and DOJ engaged in a willful attempt to thwart Congress’ constitutional oversight responsibility.”

He added “this is part of a months-long pattern by the DOJ and FBI of stonewalling and obstructing this Committee’s oversight work, particularly oversight of their use of the Steele dossier. At this point, these agencies should be investigating themselves.”

Nunes instructed the House Intelligence Committee staff on Saturday “to begin drawing up a contempt of Congress resolution for DOJ Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray. Unless all our outstanding demands are fully met by close of business on Monday, December 4, 2017, the committee will have the opportunity to move this resolution before the end of the month.”

A source familiar with the chairman’s request said Nunes knows the answers to “whether FBI paid for dossier, whether dossier launched investigation, whether the dossier was used as basis for FISA applications. what steps FBI took to verify dossier upon receipt and since in addition, DOJ has cleared every witness he asked for. Period.”

Closing In on the Corruption in the FBI

December 4, 2017

by S. Noble

Former FBI Director James Comey, who has lied, leaked and who wrote the Hillary report weeks before any key players, including Hillary, were interviewed, wants us to know the FBI is “honest”, “strong”, and “independent”. The man who leaked and connived to get a special prosecutor wants to convince us of that.

Jim Comey is the one who had no problem with Andrew McCabe’s conflicts of interest. He is the one who disgraced his own agency. He is the one who obstructed justice by declaring Hillary Clinton innocent which he is not permitted to do in his role. The former director is the one who lamented not being a “stronger” man.

Comey is sanctimonious, arrogant, supercilious, and narcissistic and he’s not an agent, he’s a lawyer.

If the FBI wants to convince Americans how honest they are, they need to clean house.

No one is condemning the entire FBI and we are all grateful to the brave men and women of the FBI who do an amazing job of protecting us, often at personal risk. The left is great for taking criticisms of a handful of partisan hacks and making it about the entire FBI so they can turn the entire agency against the President and everyone on the right.

President Trump isn’t condemning the majority in the FBI, but when you have FBI agents hunting down a leaker of an illicit tarmac meeting the FBI covered up, one has to wonder what is going on.

The FBI union felt the need to issue three tweets Monday about how honorable they are. This was immediately after the President said the FBI is in “tatters”.

One must wonder if the union leadership realizes what is going on with Agent Strzok and the corrupt Mueller probe.

Strzok was having an extramarital affair with agent Lisa Page — both openly hate Trump — and they were the leads in the Clinton investigation and the Russia collusion investigation. Strzok was their top counterintelligence agent which also begs the question — did he have anything to do with the dossier and was it used to get the FISA warrant and launch the collusion investigation?

We are not supposed to question Comey or any of the corrupt agents. We are not allowed to doubt the impeccable reputation of the ruthless Robert Mueller. We mustn’t question McCabe, Uranium One, the Russian bribery probe, none of it. If we do, we are insulting the entire department. At least that is what the left wants us to believe.

Does anyone doubt that Mueller, who has hired Hillary donors and activist Democrats to investigate Trump, knew about Strzok’s leanings? A top spy and he didn’t know?

They are simply trying to silence us with their usual diversions. Don’t fall for it. We don’t have to be blindly obedient to these people.

Pete Strzok is the agent who caught Flynn lying. Set up?

Investigative reporter Sara Carter says Strzok is the one who changed the wording of Hillary’s charges from “grossly negligent” to “extremely careless”.

Strazok was at Hillary’s interview. That’s not suspicious at all.

FBI agent dismissed from Mueller probe changed Comey’s description of Clinton to ‘extremely careless’

Washington (CNN) A former top counterintelligence expert at the FBI, now at the center of a political uproar for exchanging private messages that appeared to mock President Donald Trump, changed a key phrase in former FBI Director James Comey’s description of how former secretary of state Hillary Clinton handled classified information, according to US officials familiar with the matter.

Electronic records show Peter Strzok, who led the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email server as the No. 2 official in the counterintelligence division, changed Comey’s earlier draft language describing Clinton’s actions as “grossly negligent” to “extremely careless,” the sources said.

The drafting process was a team effort, CNN is told, with a handful of people reviewing the language as edits were made, according to another US official familiar with the matter.

The shift from “grossly negligent” to “extremely careless,” which may appear pedestrian at first glance, reflected a decision by the FBI that could have had potentially significant legal implications, as the federal law governing the mishandling of classified material establishes criminal penalties for “gross negligence.”

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, raised questions over why the change was made after receiving documents from the FBI last month, but the identity of who was behind the edit has not been reported until now.

RELATED: Source explains why Comey didn’t use ‘grossly negligent’ to describe Clinton – Senator Chuck Grassley Goes After Comey – November 6, 2017

CNN has also learned that Strzok was the FBI official who signed the document officially opening an investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election, according to sources familiar with the matter. As the No. 2 official in counterintelligence, Strzok was considered to be one of the bureau’s top experts on Russia.

But the news of Strzok’s direct role in the statement that ultimately cleared the former Democratic presidential candidate of criminal wrongdoing, now combined with the fact that he was dismissed from special counsel Robert Mueller’s team after exchanging private messages with an FBI lawyer that could be seen as favoring Clinton politically, may give ammunition to those seeking ways to discredit Mueller’s Russia investigation.

The FBI and the Justice Department declined to comment.

CNN reported in November that Comey and his FBI colleagues were “playing with the language” throughout the process of drafting Comey’s statement on Clinton, believing that they needed to condemn the former secretary of state’s handling of classified information, while also making clear they would not recommend criminal charges, according to a source familiar with the FBI decision.

Comey ultimately called Clinton’s conduct “extremely careless,” but said “no reasonable prosecutor” would pursue charges based on the evidence.

“Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information,” Comey said back in July 2016.

Grassley said that documents the FBI provided to the Senate Judiciary Committee in November included an earlier draft of Comey’s exoneration statement from May 2016, which stated: “There is evidence to support a conclusion that Secretary Clinton, and others, used the private email server in a manner that was grossly negligent with respect to the handling of classified material.”

Grassley then asked for the electronic “metadata,” which would include “who created the original drafts, who made the edits to the draft statement, and when those edits were made.”

Sources familiar with the requests tell CNN that Grassley has received the metadata, but he wants the FBI to provide further explanation about the changes.

Grassley’s office did not return a request for comment.

CNN’s Pamela Brown contributed to this report.

DOJ Launches ‘Mystery Investigation’ As Details About ‘Extramarital Affair’ Involving Fired Mueller Aide Emerge

In yet another blow to Mueller’s investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, the special counsel was forced to fire a top FBI agent after possible anti-Trump text messages were discovered.

New York Times reports:

The special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, removed a top F.B.I. agent from his investigation into Russian election meddling after the Justice Department’s inspector general began examining whether the agent had sent text messages that expressed anti-Trump political views, according to three people briefed on the matter. The agent, Peter Strzok, is considered one of the most experienced and trusted F.B.I. counterintelligence investigators. He helped lead the investigation into whether Hillary Clinton mishandled classified information on her private email account, and then played a major role in the investigation into links between President Trump’s campaign and Russia. […] The people briefed on the case said the transfer followed the discovery of text messages in which Mr. Strzok and a colleague reacted to news events, like presidential debates, in ways that could appear critical of Mr. Trump.

In August, ABC News reported that Strzok quit Team Mueller for unknown reasons. “It’s unclear why Strzok stepped away from Mueller’s team of nearly two dozen lawyers, investigators and administrative staff. Strzok, who has spent much of his law enforcement career working counterintelligence cases and has been unanimously praised by government officials who spoke with ABC News, is now working for the FBI’s human resources division,” reported Mike Levine.

After new details emerged about Strzok’s firing, the Washington Post revealed the Justice Department launched an investigation into “communications between certain individuals.” Details of the mystery probe will be revealed “promptly upon completion of the review of them.’’

It’s rare an investigation is announced without a motive. The press has been left in the dark as to who is under review and why.

In addition, the Washington Post published new, salacious details of an affair Strzok was having with FBI lawyer Lisa Page, an aide to Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. Strzok and Page reportedly exchanged ‘anti-Trump,’ texts messages.

“The extramarital affair was problematic, these people said, but of greater concern among senior law enforcement officials were text messages the two exchanged during the Clinton investigation and campaign season, in which they expressed anti-Trump sentiments and other comments that appeared to favor Clinton,” reports Karoun Demirjian and Devlin Barrett of the Washington Post.

Another relevant nugget pertains to Page working for McCabe, who’s wife is very pro-Hillary.

Newsweek:

“[C]oncerns came after revelations by media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, that a political action committee affiliated with Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, who has ties to Bill and Hillary Clinton, contributed almost $500,000 to the 2015 Virginia state Senate campaign of McCabe’s wife, Jill McCabe. (She lost the election.) She also received $207,788 from the Virginia Democratic Party, which is connected to McAuliffe, a Democrat.”

Mueller worried about the affair because it posed a potential risk, as foreign intelligence agencies could have used the information to blackmail agents.

Details of Strzok’s firing come amid Michael Flynn pleading guilty to lying to FBI agents about making contact with Russian Ambassador Kislyak during the transition period.

Mueller’s Firing of Anti-Trumper Doesn’t Add Up – His Entire Team is Anti-Trump – What’s the Real Reason?

December 3, 2017

by Jim Holt

The New York Times reported that the Mueller gang which was created to find crimes related to President Trump, removed an FBI agent from the team because the individual was anti-Trump. This doesn’t make sense because the entire Mueller team is anti-Trump! Obviously, there’s more to this story.

As posted earlier today by Joshua Caplan, the New York Times reported:

Trump.

What nonsense! The individual noted above is not the outlier on the Mueller team, the entire Mueller team is a Who’s Who of Liberal Activism.  We reported in August that the entire team was Trump haters.  Here is a summary of the Mueller team –

  • Robert Mueller – Special Counsel Team leader.  — Best friend to fired leaker James Comey a key witness in the case and cohort at the FBI in assisting Mueller to enable the Clintons to get away with their many crimes.
  • Rush Atkinson, an attorney on detail from the Criminal Division’s Fraud Section at the Department of Justice
Donated $200 to Clinton in 2016
  • Peter Carr – DOJ spokesman under Barack Obama.
  • Andrew Goldstein, a public corruption prosecutor on detail from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York — Worked under Trump-basher Preet Bharara in the liberal New York southern district.
  • Adam Jed, an appellate attorney on detail from DOJ’s Civil Division.   —  Defended Obamacare at the DOJ.
  • Lisa Page, an attorney on detail from the FBI’s Office of the General Counsel and a former trial attorney with the Criminal Division’s Organized Crime and Gang Section –  Investigated Ukrainian oligarch Dmitry Firtash, a one-time business partner of former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort, at the DOJ.
  • Elizabeth Prelogar, an appellate attorney on detail from the Office of the Solicitor General.  -Fluent in Russian; former law clerk to Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Elena Kagan.
  • James Quarles, a former partner at WilmerHale and a former assistant special prosecutor for the Watergate Special Prosecution Force.  –Former assistant special prosecutor on the Watergate Special Prosecution Force.
  • Jeannie Rhee, a former partner at WilmerHale who has served in the Office of Legal Counsel at DOJ and as an assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia.  — Rhee is a Clinton Foundation Lawyer and former Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Legal Counsel under Barack Obama.
  • Brandon Van Grack, an attorney on detail from the Justice Department’s National Security Division.
Led a grand jury inquiry in Northern Virginia scrutinizing former Trump associate Michael Flynn’s foreign lobbying.
  • Andrew Weissmann, who is on detail from the Criminal Division’s Fraud Section and who has served as general counsel at the FBI and as an assistant U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York.  — Weissmann donated $2,300 to the Obama Victory Fund in 2008, $2,000 to the DNC in 2006 and at least $2,300 to the Clinton campaign in 2007.
  • Aaron Zebley, a former partner at WilmerHale who has previously served with Mueller at the FBI and has served as an assistant U.S. attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia.  Worked with Robert Mueller at the WilmerHale firm.
  • Aaron Zelinsky, an attorney on detail from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of Maryland.  — Worked under Assistant AG Rod Rosenstein in Maryland.
  • Zainab Ahmad, a top national security prosecutor on detail from U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of New York.
  • Michael Dreeben, an appellate attorney on detail from the Office of the Solicitor General, described by former colleagues as one of the brightest criminal law experts of the past two generations.

As reported late last week, these individuals and the Mueller investigation are a few of the many reasons that the FBI and DOJ are no longer considered honest entities but are rather groups led by corrupt and criminal scoundrels.  They are the deep state.

There are numerous reasons why the Mueller investigation is a farce. There are even more reasons why the FBI and DOJ are corrupt. Mueller will not recuse himself from the Trump investigation. The entire investigation is not even based on US law and the Mueller team continues to break the law by leaking information to the press related to this fake investigation. It’s even plausible that the entire investigation is in place to allow Mueller and his team the ability to destroy information related to their past criminal actions.

This story from the biased, liberal New York Times is clearly not genuine. No individual was reportedly let go from the Mueller investigation for being partisan. If this were the case, the entire gang would be let go!
